Diagnostics360 was created as a response to the COVID-19 pandemic in support of the UK government’s testing efforts. Although COVID-19 is still around, and PCR testing remains an important management tool, the effects of the pandemic on the rest of the healthcare system are becoming more and more apparent and need our attention.
The NHS backlog is leaving patients with extremely long waiting times for life-saving diagnostic tests, and is not set to clear any time soon. Our goal at Diagnostics360 is to make getting tested easier for everyone in the UK.
We provide a range of pathology services across multiple disciplines including biochemistry, haematology, immunology, molecular biology and sexual health screening. Our highly experienced staff and state-of-the-art technology allow us to offer excellent turnaround times so patients receive the information they need as soon as possible.

Diagnostics360 is a lab that was created to support the UK government’s testing efforts for COVID-19. As COVID 19 fades into the background of our society, our attention turns to how we can best be utilised in other areas. The pandemic has increased the turnaround times of lifesaving testing and the backlog is not set to clear for years. As a result, more and more people are turning to privatised medicine to decrease the strain on the National Health Service.
The pandemic also showed us that modern technology can be a massive disruptor for the status quo, with many of us adopting new technology in place of a return to the office. We have learned this lesson too. Our experienced team of tech-savvy scientists, zero-emissions couriers, and customer care experts work in unison to provide clinics with a turnaround time that is best in class.

eCOFLEET
With the rising demand for healthcare services in London, logistics can be a challenge. It is crucial that samples are transported to the lab as quickly as possible, whilst complying with all relevant transport and storage requirements.
Ecofleet is our in-house zero-emission delivery service that provides a cargo bike courier fully trained in the transport of bloods and other types of patient sample. Diagnostics360’s client booking portal is directly connected to ecofleet’s app through API, allowing clients to make collection requests at the same time as booking tests. Clients can also track their samples as the rider transports them to the laboratory.
